What is "Unblending"?
Borrowed from Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, "blending" happens when our emotions, thoughts, or protective parts take over our core self. When we're blended, we lose access to our natural wisdom, calm, and clarity.
Unblending is the process of separating from these overwhelming parts and returning to our authentic self. It's like stepping back from a storm to find the calm center within.
Our AI tools guide you through this unblending process, helping you recognize when you're blended and providing techniques to return to your core self—the part of you that's naturally confident, curious, and compassionate.
